Literature Text

Little girl blood on the floor
remember the promises you made

that it wouldn't hurt anymore,
that when they closed the door
left you taped up and  alone on the basement floor
you wouldn't swallow the grenade
no you won't swallow piss blood dirt or tape,

no baby you'll bite,
little girl you'll fight.

Little girl blood on the floor
remember the promises you made

that it wouldn't end this way,
that the taste of iron  dirt and chocolate,
wouldn't stain you, that  the filth will wash away.

Little girl blood on the floor
remember the promises you made
don't let them win and laugh any away

Little girl blood on the floor
remember the promises you made
that you would believe in me,
I am that something inside
when you were silenced I yelled
when you feared I raged
when you ran I fought
When you fought I was the blood lust

Little girl blood on the floor
remember the promises you made
we'll laugh at this one day I promise
and it is only that day you may forget me.
it is that day I hope you forgive me.

Little girl blood on the floor
remember the promises you made
to never be consumed by others, by me
or even yourself.

sincerely, your survival instinct.
